  • Pressed Veal, Pork & Pistachio Rillettes served with a Confit
    of Prunes & Cognac
  • Artichoke & Broad Bean Tart served with Watercress Pesto (v)

Intermediate:

  • Mulled Cider Sorbet with Candied Zest

Main Courses:

  • Roast Saddle of English Lamb stuffed with Garlic & Thyme and served with Redcurrant & Mint Chutney and a Port Jus
  • Roasted Bronze Turkey served with Pan Gravy
  • Spinach, Ricotta & Walnut Strudel served with Crispy Leeks and a Creamy Stilton Sauce (v)

*All served with chateau potatoes, honey-glazed carrots & parsnips, Brussels sprouts and French beans topped with crispy pancetta

Desserts:

  • Christmas Pudding served with Brandy Cream and Berry Sauce
  • Mini Croquembouche served with a Chocolate & Raspberry
    Sphere and topped with Champagne Dust
